RESOLVE Collective’s new exhibition at the Barbican called ‘them’s the breaks’ explores institutional critique through salvaged materials from art and cultural institutions across the UK that will then be redistributed across the lifespan of the exhibition.
As part of the public programme, RESOLVE Collective will collaborate with HomeGrown+, an organisation led by Neil Pinder to address issues of diversity in architecture. On Friday 26 May, HomeGrown+ is Bringing the Biennale Back will engage several practitioners to discuss this year’s Venice Biennale of Architecture, in light of notable shifts including the curation of the British Pavilion led by designers and curators from the Global Majority.
